A study finds Chicago to be a "dark background of political corruption." How is that a surprise?
Cook County been a "dark background of political corruption" for more than a century, a new study by the University of Illinois at Chicago, says. About 150 employees, politicians and contractors in the second largest county in the country have been convicted on corruption charges since 1957, according to a report published on Thursday by the university and the Association of better government. http://www.nbcchicago.com/news/politics/illinois-corruption-84736672.html Wonder if the money was used Porkulus to fund the study …??
