i do carpentry and get scewed out of pay all the time by contractors. how can i get them to pay ?

don’t tell me to sue them in small claims, or do a carpenters lein. i want to know how to screww up their business like they have screwed up my life.

OK, you’re asking two different things here. The answer to the first question, how do you get them to pay – if you don’t want to sue them, you can go after the OWNER of the building. You probably know that. You can ALSO only do work that’s covered by a payment bond – ask to see the copy of the bond.

The second question – how to screw up their business. Sigh. What comes around, goes around – they’ll eventually get theirs. Life doesn’t need you to go around making it worse.
