Is it legal to set up a website to post the bad things that a construction contractor has done to me?

My former contractor installed a wrong roof for me. With numerous complaints he still said the roof was installed correctly. I even have a lawyer to file a suit against the company. But they still maintain they are correct. They offered money to settle the case out of court and my lawyer accepted.
I want to let other potential customers know how bad this company is and I want to set up a website for that purpose. Is it legal to do so? What do I need to watch in order to avoid any legal issues regarding the website? Thank you for your attention.

If you settled out of court, I would expect, that part of the deal was that you maintained confidentiality about the settlement. I would contact your attorney before you went public with you concerns.
