There’s such genuine concern for Iraq by the U.S. government that military personnel and equipment can be shipped there in mere months, but it has been YEARS since the military operation was declared a “success” after ousting Saddham Hussien and the U.S. can’t divert a bit of change from that billions upon billions spent on the military to get Iraqis some decent electricity? Then again forget it. This article is probably advertising to lure contractors to set up privately owned electrical power plants.
sfaa: Talk about blah blah blah. Your answer is borderline violation, but it seems you’re not the type to care much about violations if they concern human rights.

Sfaa:And whose pockets do those billions line?It ain’t Iraqi pockets that’s for sure.Maybe one day you’ll understand.
