Contractor Development
I’ve closed on my house and the contractor won’t finish the touch up work; Who can I contact?
During the walkthrough I pointed out things to be fixed on my new house. The contractor took his time to fix most of them after closing but now he wont finish the rest of it. I’ve called many times and now have been told there not going to do anything else. That his boss won’t let him finish the errors and its my problem. What can I do? Who can I contact? I’m in Utah the builder is J Wright Development (Jrock Development)
I also have a one year home warranty through the builder and now am worried about future problems.
Get estimates on how much it would cost someone else to come in and fix the problems then sue him in small claims court. It will get fixed.
