Contractor Laws California

How can we get a SBA with my father in law of good credit, but my husband being licensed?
My husband is a licensed contractor California (construction), we are a sole proprietorship. Due to the recent wildfires and a bad year in general, which are economically injured. Please I catch up, we will fail. Our business is doing well in normal circumstances. We can try more than $ 12,000 per month in deposits over the past 3 years. However, our expenses are $ 12,001 in a good month. Our main obstacles have been us and it will again become a day to appreciate the evidence and the mistakes we have suffered. It is not the solution to our $ 85,000 in unsecured debt (personal or business combined) and much safer. Because of the many late payments, penalties, Our credit has gone south – far south. My husbands father has excellent credit and a steady income. He had an accident years ago that left him disabled as far driving privileges revoked. The lives1 mile away and is strong enough to get a loan, and would be happy to help in any way. How use the credit to grow our business?
