can anyone give me some advice about atrting a limited company in the UK?
I am considering working for a contractor but it needs to be as a limited company. Any help appreciated.Also any accountants or book keepers who can assist please contact.
Another way is to buy an “off the shelf” company where everything has been created for you. You can then change it’s name to suit you but you have to do this properly.
Type in “off the shelf companies” in google and you will get loads of sites that offer the service.
