My boss is looking to leave, and they are many false performance reports work, Do I have any legal action?

I've been in the company for 4yrs before entering such, I was 4 ups.In Wright last year that is wright me 14 times. After signing the UPS adds Wright to them and that make the poor work performance me up just to Wright. I talked to the owner and he told me to job performance was fine and not worry about my job, but my supervisor has followed Wright and company believe that I am an employee of the poor. I know I've done nothing wrong to deserve such treatment. All contractors that I work with always tell me they really appreciate the work we do for them.
