I need advice in a business start up….?

I am starting a promotional marketing company. I am looking for advice on how do do several things:
-Copywrite my company name
-Attain my LLC
-Create a logo
-Do I need Workers Comp if I am hiring “contractors” or can I file for an exemption?
-What are some ideas to get my company out there?

Sub contractors should be covered by their own insurance but you need to have a copy on file, also their tax number for their business. It could be their SSN if they are a sole proprietor. You can copyright your name by going online thru govt sites-do a google. Your other paperwork you can probably do through legaleaze.com (Spelling?) Companies in your area need promotional goods for theior business-do a mailer to them. Also join BBB and I think they have local mixers or breakfasts. Yahoo local online lets you list your info for free. Get a site too-check out sitekreator.com
