Offers kitchen design / contracts – Question for designers and contractors ….?

If you are a kitchen designer or contractor: I've been a Kicthen / bath designer for 4 years and never quite mastered the skill of writing contracts and deals for my clients. They always seem to find crazy gaps in my proposals for free services and products to the end of work. The company I work for has a standard contract for clients to sign – I'm looking to see if someone has a tight format they use.

If you can find out what customers are leaving you, you can modify the contract in that area. I work for a chronic kidney disease, but can not share its contract with you, sorry.
