want to find site for S.C. labor and licensing Board?

We purchased a home in May to be built. Since then we have found numerous defects in it. The builder fixed a few one morning on June 10th and never came back. We have contacted the agent/contractor and builder by phone and e-mails plus a letter. Neither one will answer the phone calls or e-mails. It has now been 133 days since we moved in.
