do I have a case on my Insurance and the contractors that rebuild my house?

We had a fire in Sept.2007. The insurance hired contractors to rebuild our home. After 6 months we moved back in. Since then we have had all kinds of problems from windows leek, water coming in threw walls, ceiling leaks, electrical problems,mold, and a lot more. Contractors have been here several times but the problem list is never fixed. We have been getting sick, from heart attacks to doctors don’t know. We think its from the mold. We can’t sell the house because of this. We have a lot wrong but don’t know what to do.
