What is needed to organize a service type of business? I'll hire a few contractors and do the marketing?
and answering calls, scheduling and ensure they are paid. What should I do. I will use my home office and will supply their own tools and be contractors. What do I need in my office. Telephone, fax, copier, calendar, invoices, envelopes. Sounds simple, what am I forgetting. I need a way to keep track of customers and have never used a computer to do it.
