Illegal Immigrants Getting Car Insurance In America Question?

Hi! I deliver newspapers as an independant contractor, and have been for the past 13 years. One of the most important things per the distribution contract is you must have car insurance. No car insurance, no paper route! The past 5 years ive seen more spanish people delivering routes. Some were rumoured to be Illegal immigrants that came straight from Mexico. My question is how could they get American car insurance if they came into this country illegally? Dont they have to have an American drivers liecence, and an American address?

Its called identity theft.
They have SS numbers too, and credit cards.

Politicans are contractors of America why? free insurance
