Can you consolidate items to create an invoice from a sales order or estimate?

Only contractors recently started using Quickbooks Premier Edition 2007. If you have 5 sales orders, or estimates for work and want to create an invoice for the customer of this is a way to combine all the elements as of different sales orders and estimates to be a line item on the bill? When I create my invoice so multiple est /. all my items to be transferred. ie could have 5 lines that say … 50 nuts yellow butterfly @ 25 ea. I want all the elements merge to say 250 Wingnuts yellow @ 25 ea. Can I make that? Thanks, Carrie

No. You only have to change the quantity and click the Create Invoice button. This is one of the reasons why Quickbooks sucks so bad. I looking to get rid of it. QuickBooks is an accounting program awsome, but a BS Po.
