If price is a consideration, shop around and ask existing suppliers if prices in honor of competition. Explain your need to maintain a relationship with the suppliers and maintain profits. Typically, a vendor will work with your company to an agreement about pricing options, especially if you are a frequent shopper.

Be prepared to calculate and negotiate other expenses that can reduce a business' line background. Shop around for web hosting and design services, payment processors, transport companies and other business services required. While the temptation to go purchasing, maintaining a good working relationship with your company's accountant, as this is an area of your company will not want to cut corners.
