As Alternatively, another way to increase the profit margin is through consolidation of suppliers. This will not only help reduce shipping costs, as orders can be combined, but your company may qualify for volume discounts. If price is a consideration, shop around and ask existing suppliers if prices in honor of competition. Explain your need to maintain a relationship with the suppliers and maintain profits. Typically, a vendor will work with your company to an agreement about pricing options, especially if you are a frequent shopper.
Be prepared to calculate and negotiate other expenses that can reduce a business' line background. Shop around for web hosting and design services, payment processors, transport companies and other business services required. While the temptation to go purchasing, maintaining a good working relationship with your company's accountant, as this is an area of your company will not want to cut corners.
