Are there any home refurbishment schools that need a place to train students?

I just purchased a home that needs a lot of contracting work and am willing to put it up for use as a training tool for contractors in return for some free contracting work

Check with your local Job Corps or Youth Builders. Also some area have a special high school that focuses on the trades, so your local school district may help also.
