if you are working as a contractor in a software company,that pays you hourly
which one do you prefer on the below;
1. a high paid work,hectic schedule,always being watched by manager,lot of responsiblities
or
2. an average pay,easy going people, no need extra hours, free mind,no tension…

1. I prefer a challenge and being financially rewarded for doing well at it.
