project manager, construction
residential construction manager
are there opportunities job in this field?

What you cane do is go for a civil engineering major and then getting a MBS (new degree which is an MS and MBA put together). Also which is not as good of a path as civil engineering you can do Industrial engineering because that has to do with systems and managing. But the best bet is to go into Civil Engineering and then looking a business aspect of it. And with any other jobs now a days it is tough to get a job.
