Any Indiana attorneys out there? I need to sue my home builder!?

I need to know what the statute of limitations (to sue a contractor) would be in Indiana for a home built with bad concrete. Our porch cracked immediately because the builder didn’t cut lines in it. Then the driveway started to crumble! There is a 10 inch hole with tiny bits coming out of it and the top 1/4 inch is starting to peel. The builder no longer returns our calls. Help!

Talk to the attorney general’s office first as well as the dept. of commerce. If this is a serial offense, they may already be at work on this issue, and will be able to provide you with good counsel and references to good attorneys, if need be.
