Can anyone give me suggestions as to the best: roofer, builder, electrician, plumber, chimney sweep in Cola,SC?
If you have someone to suggest, could you give me a little info of why they are the best?
How do you know the work they did was up to code, or right?
Did they come when they said they would, and finish when they said they would?
Was there a supervisor there all the time making sure everything was done right?
Did they clean up after themselves?
Did they give you references you could call?
Did you check them out with the Better Business Bureau, the state Licensing Bureau, or what?
How did you get to an agreement on the price, was there room to haggle?
Any other info you can add to help me find and deal with contractors is much appreciated.
