where is a good place to live?
preferably on the east coast (or eastern states) *US* or anywhere in canada.
i’m looking for low housing costs… realistic (or high) wages, good neighborhoods, it helps if there are established LDS communities. good schools… etc… my husband is a contractor (can do any type of house building… all parts and pieces) and i have three Very young daughters… we are looking for a place where we can raise our kids with low crime rates and good people. any suggestions help. thanks.
Well, depends if you like the urban cities or not.
But I know in Ontario, if you live about 45-1 hour away from Toronto(costs a fortune there) the housing is cheaper, low low low crime rates, and the neighborhoods are in bloom.
Close enough to toronto for an urban life, but you get the Calm of suburbs as well, alot of Cottage country just a couple hours away.
And the Snow is the mildest compared to the rest of Canada.
with the exception of maybe B.C.
I have a feeling the states close by are quite similar as well.
