Annoucing the Brand New Contractor Referral Service

To my friends and family, I hope this letter finds you in good health.

As many of you know I have been working in the Internet industry for quite a few years and I would like to take this opportunity to announce my latest project.

 

I am proud to announce the official debut of Remodeling Bids.  This is web-based software at its best, catered towards the remodeling and home improvement industries. It exists primarily as a free online service for consumers.  Homeowners can find pre-screened and customer-rated professionals for all their remodeling needs.  From basic repair to major renovation Remodeling Bids promises to find homeowners the very best contractors in their area.  The entire service is streamlined, automated, and easy to use.

 

After going through my own remodel in January at my residence, it gave me a greater education towards all the issues homeowners are faced with when doing construction and hiring contractors.

 

I set out to make the ultimate online resource for homeowners looking for contractors that are trustworthy and can deliver top-notch service.  As the largest website development project of my career it has taken much time and effort to reach the point where it is ready to be publicly advertised.   For the past couple months I have been in Beta testing getting feedback from customers in order to get everything to run smoothly.  I encourage you all to check out our website and sign up.

 

While our service is completely free to homeowners our revenue is derived from contractors who are looking for projects.   My dream is for RemoBIDs to become a branded name and to be a success throughout the country.  I hope to sign up tens of thousands of trusted contractors and service professionals to help millions of homeowners through the estimate process.  Much progress has been made, however, our toughest challenges are still yet ahead. We need your help to ensure Remodeling Bids shines.  I would greatly appreciate it if you could direct anybody who is a qualified contractor looking for more business to my website.

 

The official public release will be in mid January of 2009.  We are planning to start in the Southern California area and will grow regionally.   We need to sign up contractors who could benefit from the Remodeling Bids service.
