What specific counties/cities require a licensed electrician in ohio?

We are relocating to the cinci area preferably. My husband has his contractor and journeyman electrical license for NM. We own our own business and we would like to start the same thing up there. Does anyone know what we need to do? I read you don’t need a license for all counties and that it varies.
