Generally, Mr. Andy has a good capability in many aspects, especially in giving direction to contractor as CTO. However, as CTO Andy must be able to master also the micro management aspects in the project management starting from indicator, reporting and even budgeting because we see that for the next fiscal year, CTO is required to master all management aspects of the project starting from the macro to the micro and do not only rely on assistants. This input is not only for Mr. Andy but also for all CTOs.
Mr. Andy possesses qualifications and capabilities for him to make a good CTO. One of these is giving directions to the contractor. However, Mr. Any also needs to master the micro management aspects of project management such as indicator, reporting and budgeting. Mr. Andy will need both the macro and micro skills in management inorder for him not to rely on assistants especially in preparing the budget for the next fiscal year. These skills apply not only for Mr. Andy but also for all CTO’s.
