Are you a private military contractor?

I know all you can about being a contractor. I'm thinking of doing so in future. I know that the recruiting companies usually seek military training activities and special forces is always a plus, but I want to know what the real day to day life of a contractor is. What country are you? What is your military training? What company do you work? Are you supplied with the equipment? Do you purchase their own equipment? "The team has just arrived by mail to you? Where do you buy your computer? Where have you done work? Did you sleep and eat on campus? How much pay? What is the average salary for a contractor? I know that in the register of contractors assigned to VIP escorts, but is that really all a contractor does not? Sorry if I'm asking a bit much, but I like to know as much as possible about everything. Thanks in advance for all answers help. Other questions: How old you when you started? How old are you know?

I have worked as a PMC in the past and again. I worked for KBR, which is the largest and best known PMC there. Few hired personnel are the types of security, but the "elite" such as Blackwater or Armor Group are generally all former veterans of operations special. The company will provide the equipment you need and you're buying some of its own. Contractors doing every job imaginable in support of U.S. forces or the Department of State Hay cooks, laundry, plasters, carpenters and truck drivers. The security contractors that they are interested in ensuring safety of personalities, of course, but also guard convoys that is so dangerous. (personal experience speaking) and not the static security and host country train safety, ie police and military forces. Baghdad International Airport, security was monitored by MPC when I left in 2004 and probably It still is. Most KBR personnel are around 80K and more security types. The money is good, but the risk is high. Most security contractors I met U.S. or the United Kingdom except for the Gurkhas of Nepal, which technically could be considered the UK in the heritage and training. You will eating and sleeping more or less the same facilities as U.S. forces, but they are "safe" houses and out of facilities in terms of what their mission, not everyone can stay in the green zone. If you want to be an "elite" contractor I suggest you try to become a U.S. soldier SF or USA Navy SEAL / sailor DOE. E-mail if you wish.
