I need a great opening sentance for my business ‘sales’ letter?

Having difficulty writing a catchy but professional opening sentance. Our company has to send out letters to potential clients (other companies) offering our services (outdoor maintance) – so chances are we will need to get on their ‘approved contractors list’ or something ….

I suggest that you give it to someone else to write your letter.

Your letter might rub off the wrong way and might think you from foriegn countries.
