This is the most important item on the list for me. If I'm comfortable with my contractor, there is a good chance that I will feel comfortable working with they. Now, remember, sometimes you hire a contractor and will not do any work. You will meet its construction workers, so try to get a little more about the construction workers who are working on your project, if the contractor will be working at home.
