Vetting for Vice Presidential candidates…?

With such data miners as Choicepoint having dossiers available on all Americans (thank you Patriot Act), doesn’t it stand to reason that Karl Rove would have thoroughly researched Sarah Palin and her family before having her become the Republican VP nominee? Legally, the gov’t can’t spy on us, but their contractors can…which leads me to believe that Rove knew all about Sarah’s family…AND HAD HER NOMINATED ANYWAY.

Does it sound to you like McCain/Rove want to lose???

No.. what it means is that Rove knows perfectly well Americans are essentially gullible, uninformed, not involved politically, and HIGHLY partisan.

And of course, he SHOULD know that.

HE is the mastermind behind the divisiveness.

Now…..

Just for funsies, let’s do the “devil’s advocate thing.”

What if Rove (brilliant political strategist that he is) actually manipulated behind the scenes to select this Sarah bin Palin on purpose, knowing full well that ALL the trash was going to hit the fan. Knowing full well that the average American could NEVER put a VP in office who:

1) Had clearly indicated her religious fanaticism
2) Had the hypocrisy thing going with the “preaching abstinence but NOT being able to teach it to her own daughter” thing going.
3) Performed a world-class flip-flop with the “Bridge to Nowhere” fiasco.
4) Displayed a major character flaw with the most recent news about one of her sons turning out to be a common thug. Who is getting sent to Iraq instead of being thrown in jail.
5) Wears the mantle of “PORK” better than anyone in Washington currently – what with spending 27 million taxpayer dollars on a town of about 6700 – AND leaving office being 20 million IN DEBT
6) Has been caught in so many lies that I just can’t keep up.
7) Open contempt for common, plain Americans who volunteer in their community to help that community

OK – so here’s the game plan.

With all that BAGGAGE, McSame is sunk. The Democrats win the election.

But this would mean walking into all those rings emanating outward from EIGHT YEARS OF HISTORICALLY BAD POLICY.

Which means, everything from Jan. 20, 2009 forward WOULD BE BLAMED ON A DEMOCRAT.

See? Do you get it?

Even though bush has made policy we will be reeling from for 50 years – if they can get a Democrat in the White House – EVERYTHING WILL BE BLAMED ON THEM.

We’ve already seen it– the idiotic trying to blame bush’s eight years of blunders on a Congress which has 49 Repubs, 49 Democrats, AND TWO INDEPENDENTS (one of which is Liebermann).

Uh….yeah. Sure. “It’s all the Democrats’ fault.”

If it weren’t so damn funny, a person could almost blow their brains out….
